2017 Year Recap: January - April

I always love reflecting back on the year to remember all my adventures and whereabouts. 2017 was a great year filled with celebrations, travel, and fun with friends.

Weekend Scenes

And just like that we're already in the middle of December. I got the last of my shopping done for coworkers and our Secret Santa gift exchange on Wednesday and had a pretty relaxing weekend otherwise.

Birthday Blessings

We celebrated my birthday a little early last weekend brunching with friends but today, December 13th, is my birthday. K and I plan to go out for a quiet dinner tonight since it's a school night so the celebrations were best for the weekend.

It was an eventful weekend with some pampering and lots of celebrating with friends.

Black Friday & Cyber Monday Shopping

I haven't shopped this much in a long time, if not ever, but my mom is like the energizer bunny when it comes to malls and department stores. Luckily everything I got was on sale or MAJOR sale so my bank account doesn't hate me that much!

Christmas Stocking Stuffers

LC Lauren Conrad has some really cute trinkets for stocking stuffers out on the shelves at Kohl's. Mostly everything on this list is from her collection and I just adore how dainty and cute these are - perfect holiday gifts for the ladies in your life. I personally would like to have one of each especially the wine glass charms and passport holder.

Kicking Off The Holidays

Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, I've started getting into the Christmas spirit with some gift shopping, several upcoming holiday parties with friends, and planning our Winter Wonderland company holiday party for about 200 people.

Thanksgiving Celebrations

It's unbelievable to think that Thanksgiving was just a week ago and now we're diving into the Holidays (my favorite time/month of the year)!

It was an action packed weekend with my parents and sister in town and I also took vacation time last week so we were on the go nonstop shopping til we drop, entertaining for Thanksgiving, and spending lots of family time together.
