Mini Ham & Cheese Quiche Recipe

I made these for a friend's baby shower a couple weekends ago. I used croissant rolls dough for the crust which was tricky to work with since it becomes fluffy when baked so I'll probably stick to frozen pie crust moving forward. Either way it's still an easy and delicious recipe to whip together.

Weekend Whereabouts


It was a gloomy weekend in Orlando which was the perfect excuse to be productive around the house and just enjoy some R&R. I was hoping to catch some rays of sunshine by the pool but that didn't happen with the overcast weather and flashes of lightning.

Cute Finds: Baby Edition



This is no indication of baby fever or that I'm expecting. Simply that I've been enjoying shopping for all the babies coming into this world from some of my closest friends and seeing lots of blogger ladies announcing their pregnancy or birth.

Exploring Cozumel


During our anniversary trip to Mexico where we stayed at The Royal Playa del Carmen resort, we found out that there is a 45-minute ferry ride that takes you over to Cozumel. This sounded like the perfect adventure. The locals tried to push so many different excursions on us but we decided to create our own.

Twice The Blessings, Twice The Fun: High Tea Party

After a busy work week, a quiet Friday night at home was just what the doctor ordered especially since lots were on the agenda for Saturday and Sunday.

I woke up bright and early on Saturday and relaxed a bit before prepping for the tea party of the year since twin girls are on their way! I made mini quiche and fruit skewers and headed over to my friend's' house to help get set up for the baby shower hosted by her family.
