Cheers to a new week! Sorry I've been intermittently MIA recently. Last week was packed with work meetings, presentations, and after-work events so, needless to say, I had little energy to do much else.

Practical Valentine's Gifts

While the sentiment of flowers are a thoughtful gesture, I'd much prefer something that lasts longer than 2 weeks. It doesn't have to be expensive. It can even be a gag gift but still something useful for everyday life.

January Happenings

February crept on us quickly but I'm not complaining. Since I can't seem to blog as consistently as I'd like, I wanted to round up all things that happened in January.

Celebrations
We hosted a NYE party so technically that was the beginning of January. It was a blast ringing in 2019 with champagne, fireworks, and friends.

Florida Living - Rain or Shine

It was a dreary weekend here in Central Florida with lots of rain. 

On Friday night we ordered pizza and attempted to watch Life of The Party with Melissa McCarthy however I fell dead asleep 15 minutes into the movie. This is what most Friday nights seem to look like recently.
