Happy Friday!

Can you believe we're only a week away from the start of February? Selfishly, I'm almost happy January is coming to an end because it seems like I was sick for the whole month with one thing or another.

On a more positive note, let's talk about some fabulous beauty products. Some are old treasures and some are new-to-me that have quickly become must-haves in my hair/skincare routine.
Gimme Brow Volumizing Eyebrow Gel
Have you seen the new trend with the eyebrows that overtake someone's face? No thank you. I will say my eyebrows are very light so a small tint really helps to make them look better. Benefit Cosmetics has a great selection of colors to match your real eyebrow color.

Essie Gel Couture
Admittedly I'm horrible at painting my own nails but I've been trying for the past several months to do them at home and eliminate the expense of a salon. The Essie Gel Couture is a lifesaver in making your nails look almost spa perfect with the gel top coat.

Beachlorette Mini Kit
This was an exclusive gift from ULTA with sample size minis that has everything you need for the perfect summer glow. Why not glow all year around? I already use the Hoola Matte Bronzer and it works wonders to brighten your skin without looking like a fake tan.

Pixi Rose Oil Blend
This has been a repeat purchase since I first discovered it almost two years ago.
After thoroughly washing my face at the end of the day, I apply this rose oil and it seeps right into my skin, (not enough that I would go in public). I really feel it's helped with reducing wrinkles or fine lines which I've been anticipating in my mid-30s. It makes your skin soft as a baby's butt face the next morning. The good news is that it goes a long way so I probably use one bottle per year.

Make Magic Happen Eye-shadow Palette

The colors of this palette seem to be made for me. I have 2 of the Urban Decay "Naked" eyeshadow palette, and while I love them, it seems I can only use about half of the colors because I don't wear dark makeup or smokey eyes.

Belif Pore Cleaner Bubble Foam

The Antioxidants in this formula - Rose-hip, Mint and Eucalyptus - help promote a clearer more even skin tone and help to control sebum production, along with Moringa oil extract which is known for it's detoxifying and anti-bacterial properties.

Send your thoughts and recommendations my way and have a happy weekend!

  3. Im basically obsessed with all of benefit's brow products.

I need to try the Essie gel. I go to the nail salon every two weeks and it adds up quickly. I can do it at home perfectly fine

  4. LOL about the eyebrows. The Essie gel is awesome! I really wanted to try the rose oil blend

  5. I'm convinced hoola is the best bronzer ever! There are other ones I like, but that one somehow works in the winter and the summer. That bubble foam sounds so nice- I'm with Kerri and have loved everything from Belif that I've tried.

  6. That tarte palette is so pretty! Benefit brow products are seriously awesome! I'm with you on the brows too ;) haha

  7. That Bachelorette mini kit is so cute! I want to try that bronzer too. Hope you have a wonderful weeend.

  8. I love the belif bubble up, I use it a few times a week.

  9. Maybe I need to try the gel polish. I've just given up because I'm terrible at it, too. I've heard a lot of people talking about the belief product - I need to check it out! I like that they have a sample size for trial because my skin is so testy!

  10. That bubble foam sounds fabulous. I use rose hip oil every night now too and my skin is so much softer!!
