Another relaxing weekend for the books before some exciting travel plans for the upcoming long weekend. K was gone most of last week for work so he was in need of some downtime and I was all for sticking around home to be productive and get some R&R.
I started packing for our trip to Boston and shopping for odds and ends. I picked up these Nautica shoes from Marshall's which are so comfortable and perfect for traveling.
Saturday morning was productive around the house and then out to get some errands done. I bought this pineapple shandy beer to enjoy at home and at the pool.
Saturday afternoon was sunny and breezy so it was perfect pool weather. Pure relaxation was enjoyed!
Sunday morning I enjoyed some coffee in my gorgeous new mug from Andrea. The internet was down most of the day which was annoying because I try to get the majority of my blogging done on Sundays. So much for that!
Our neighbors invited us over to their gorgeous house for some afternoon grilling.
Char-grilled oysters!
Joining the lovely Biana sharing scenes from the weekend.
Boston week is upon you and K!! So exciting!! I saw a pool float at target yesterday that wasn't nearly as cute as your pineapple one!! I told my sister she needs all the floats for her pool this summer!! Happy Monday girl! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great weekend ! Love that mug so much :) Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteLooks like the perfect Florida weekend and yum to those oysters!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love those shoes! They're super cute! Your pineapple floaty has me wanting some pool time. Mine is still closed! I'm hoping that it's open at least by the time I get back from Colorado if not before.
ReplyDeleteThose shoes are such a great find! And look perfect for a trip to Boston!
ReplyDeleteI need that float, stat!!!!

I always love low key weekends, especially before heading out of town! Those pineapple shandy beers sound so awesome, but then again I'd probably love anything pineapple related! I need to tell Chris about chargrilled oysters since he's pretty much obsessed!
ReplyDeleteYay for a relaxing weekend, those are always so nice. The weather in Florida was awesome this weekend, minus the rain when we tried to fly out. Love your shoes.
ReplyDeleteSounds like it was a great weekend spent relaxing! Love your new shoes. So cute.
ReplyDeleteFunny story; So I saw that float in Toronto and thought, Emily needs one for the pool and there you are in all your pineapple cutest floating around like a rockstar! I might as well just get one and save it for our new pool!! So happy you loved the mug, his cute it looks by the "Lola" shaker! Happy Monday beautiful babe!
ReplyDeleteLove your new shoes!!! They are summer perfection! Pineapple Shandy is one of my favorite summer drinks! I need to pick some up. That grill is what dreams are made of! I would want to learn how to grill if I had something that looked like that!
ReplyDeleteThat pineapple shandy sounds amazing!! I need to find some of those. I love the flats for your Boston trip, too. They just scream New England to me :)

ReplyDeleteThat relaxing pool time looks amazing! I don't drink beer, but that shady looks exactly like what I'd try and convince my husband to get because it looks so cute, haha. Loving the updates to your blog design!
