Never A Dull Moment: A Friend's Tinder Dating Stories

The stories of his Tinder dating adventures may be more hilarious to me because I'm on the receiving end of the story and luckily he has a good sense of humor when it comes to relaying the events of each date. Since I'm married and not in the dating world, it's refreshing and certainly funny for me to hear dating stories whether good or bad.

Weekend Whereabouts

The weekend was one of pure relaxation. I slept in until 10:30 on both Saturday and Sunday mornings so you could say I feel fully rested and ready to get this week rolling.

Mother's Day Gift Ideas

Since Mother's Day is next weekend I figured I'd get the ball rolling with some gift ideas for the Mom's in our life. K and I celebrated a little early with my MIL last weekend when my in-laws came into town to visit. My mom lives too far away to give her a physical gift in person but we will celebrate ALL the occasions when my parents visit us in November.

Festival Style

I don't go to as many concerts and festivals as I used to in the past but last night I booked flights, along with some friends, to Denver to see one of our favorite bands perform at the Red Rocks Amphitheater. It couldn't be more of a dream come true. K and I visited Denver last year but didn't make it out to Red Rocks which was high up on my list of things to do so this year I'm making it happen.
