Friday
~ I went for a relaxing and long overdue mani and pedi on my lunch break. My intention was to go with Fall colors but I walked out of there with pink sparkles.
~ After work I met up with K for a quick happy hour.
~ My neighbor invited me over for some wine and girl talk so we spent the rest of the night sitting under the stars on her back patio chit-chatting while the guys played poker at another neighbor's house.
Saturday
~ I spent a couple hours in the morning lounging by the pool listening to my audiobook.
~ I went for an hour long massage to ease the tension in my back and neck - blame it on the desk job.
~ My SIL, her husband, and their new basset hound rescue pup, Sadie, drove into town to visit us for the night.
~ The four of us went out to the Taste of Nona Event. We enjoyed food and drinks from 25 different local vendors/restaurants, live music, and took part in the silent auction to benefit the Ronald McDonald House.
Sunday
~ It was a netflix and chill day, literally. I spent the morning catching up on shows and relaxing.
~ I put this BBQ pulled pork recipe in the crockpot to cook for dinner.
~ Went to the pool to catch some rays and listen to my book for a few hours.
~ Spent the evening doing all the Sunday things - laundry, blogging, organizing my work outfits for the week, and enjoyed some delicious pulled pork sandwiches for dinner.

Your weekend sounds so perfect and relaxing- good for you! I’m due for a pedi so I may get one during the day here soon before baby girl comes home from the hospital and life gets a little crazy! I have that same donut float for my pool drinks- so cute!
