Happiness is the feeling when Friday finally get here... and of course the weekend... and not having any big obligations. Happiness will be had this weekend with lots of relaxing and maybe a dash of productivity but I'm not promising anything though. So let's talk about some faves for this week.

I've heard of and eaten Mexican street corn and it's amazing. Totally different than normal corn on the cob which I'm not a fan of at all. Love those hair styles, so fun, but do we expect anything different from LC?

Ive been seeing recipes for Mexican corn (and even saw a recipe for it in a book I was reading recently) so I've been wanting to give it a try--maybe this weekend or next week I'll do it!

Haha ok I had to look at the milkshake one for a few seconds before I finally got it! I haven't had my coffee yet. I definitely need to try those summer hair styles by LC! Although anything easy is usually impossible for me haha! Happy Friday girl!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE mexican street corn and make it every week during the summer! I like to cut my corn in half, put on butter and seasons, wrap the two halves in foil and grill for a few minutes- DELISH!

ReplyDeleteMexican St corn, or elotes, is my absolute favorite! Pro tip, ask if they can cut it off the cob. It's wayyyyy easier to eat! I always ask for it that way.
