Thanksgiving Celebrations

It's unbelievable to think that Thanksgiving was just a week ago and now we're diving into the Holidays (my favorite time/month of the year)!

We were very lucky to have both K and my parents join us for Thanksgiving this year plus my sister and some close family friends.

11 adults, 2 twin baby girls, and 1 Lola gathered together at our house to celebrate Thanksgiving.

This was the first time ever hosting at our house and it was a feast! Thankfully I got lots of help from my mom and sister with the cooking and then everyone else arrived with extra side dishes and desserts.

So what was on our Thanksgiving menu?

Appetizers
Brie Cheese & Strawberries
Bite Me Dip (a family favorite)
Meat & Cheese Platter

The Main Course
Fried Turkey & Stuffing
Pineapple Maple-Glazed Ham
Smoked Ribs
Mashed potatoes & Gravy
Broccoli Casserole

Family & Friends That Are Family

Desserts
Pecan Pie
Pumpkin Pie
Vanilla Ice Cream
Pumpkin Roll

Our Thanksgiving dinner turned out to be a very fulfilling evening spent catching up with family/friends, saying a prayer before dinner, and enjoying a nice dinner together. I hope this isn't the last time we host Thanksgiving.
