Coffee-Rubbed Steak

Amanda from Kids And Cabernet posted this Coffee Rubbed Steak recipe a while ago and I wanted to try it out. Coffee mixed with steak? It seemed like a weird combination but it turned out to be a great dish.

Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (or cut of your choice)
1/2 cup ground coffee
1/2 white sugar
1/4 cup steak seasoning
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp minced garlic

What to Do:
1. Mix all ingredients and rub onto steaks. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

2. Heat grill to high heat.

3. Place marinated steaks on the grill and cook to your liking.

4. Enjoy!
