Mother's Day Brunch Ideas

It's no secret that Sunday brunch is one of my favorite "pastimes".  While I love going out for brunch at local restaurants, hosting a brunch at home would also be a great way to spend some time with your Mom for Mother's Day. I found some Pinterest pretty recipes & ideas to share:

Pineapple Coolers

Baked Eggs in Breakfast Bowls

Broccoli & Comte Frittata

Bloody Mary Shooters

Strawberry Cream Cheese Pankcake Rollups

Tea Sandwiches

Strawberry Grapefruit Mimosas

Eggs Benedict with Ham and Asparagus

What's your favorite Sunday brunch dish or drink?

Also, I'm guest posting over at Green Fashionista today while Kate is on vacation so go check out some fun ways to spend quality time with your mom this weekend for Mother's Day.

  4. Brunch is one of my favorite meals to go out and eat, but I rarely think of making similar items at home-- saving this post for when I need some brunch inspiration :)

  5. I want to host a brunch for our mom's sometime soon. We are 2 hours away from them, so it will be hard. HOWEVER, if my food is yummy enough maybe they will come :)

  6. My Mom lives far away from me so we won't get to do brunch but those egg bowls and the pancake roll ups look so good. I may have to host a brunch so I have an excuse to make them.
