Serving size: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
8 oz frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
1 cup almond milk
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
Optional: 1-2 tsp honey for added sweetness.
Ready to serve immediately or you can bottle and refrigerate to drink later.

ReplyDeleteI don't know why I've never thought of this but using mason jars is a genius way to save the smoothie! I always make too much to drink and end up just throwing it out, but I love this idea!
