Ham, Mushroom & Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:
1 9" deep dish pie crust
4 eggs
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 yellow onion
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms
1/2 cup ham, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

What To Do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into the pie shell.

Place pie shell on cookie sheet. I doubled the above recipe to make two quiches. (The leftovers are also great for breakfast!).

Bake for about 25 minutes or until the top has turned golden brown.

Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

  5. YUM!! I love quiche! My husband and I were actually going to make it last week but we forgot to get the pie crust. haha. One of our favorites is kielbasa, potatoes, onions, and peppers. Might have to get on that soon!
