Who knew I would enjoy watching football (soccer) so much? I don't have a favorite team nor did I watch every game this weekend but the ones I did watch were intense, enthralling, and full of surprises.
So about the weekend...
Friday
My coworkers and I went to happy hour at Frogger's Sports Bar and were surprised they have a beer tasting station where you can sample beers and are charged by the ounce. I had 6 samples and it was only about $12. I will return for more sampling!
Saturday
I slept in later than usual and had a quiet morning sipping coffee and hanging with K and Lola in our patio/backyard.

I actually got K to go shopping with me in the afternoon to get our rings cleaned, new travel perfumes at Sephora, and finally some appetizers and a cold one of BJ's Brewhouse to watch the Germany vs. Sweden game which was intense! This is when it hit me that I really I love like watching football/soccer.
After the game we met up with my coworker and her husband who live nearby at House of Beer to play some pool and just hang out before the weather came crashing down.
Sunday
Coffee, blogging, and groceries before heading to the pool. With it being 100 degrees outside, we lasted about 2 hours but I had some fun in the pool playing with my neighbors' kiddos on my pineapple float.
Back home to cool off in the AC and snuggle up watching the Colombia vs Poland game with Colombia taking the win, which made most of my neighbors scream with excitement.
More laundry, grilled steaks for dinner, and an early night to bed to cap off a fun weekend.
Joining the lovely Biana sharing my weekend whereabouts.
so much fun. I also love/like watching soccer/football as well :-)
