We meet again on this Monday morning so I hope your coffee is strong and the week goes by quickly. I had a great weekend but it's never long enough, right? I got off work a little early on Friday so I finally made it over to the new Nordstrom Rack to do some browsing and a little shopping, nothing crazy.
I met up with K at Rock & Brews for happy hour and some small bites.
The rest of the night was spent relaxing at home and extending the pampering by trying out my new Peel Off Black Mask.
I tested it out on K the night before and it pulled everything out of
his face. His words "my face hasn't felt this soft in 36 years". So it
was my turn and OMG this mask is incredible. It pulled every blackhead
and whatever else out of my face. I won't go into detail but it is VERY
effective and for less than $10, I definitely recommend it.
If you follow me on Instagram (emilyalisonb) you might have seen that we celebrated my neighbor's 40th birthday on Saturday, big kid style.

The hostess with the mostess (his girlfriend) really did it up big with blow up slides, dunk tanks, human sized jenga, and the most hilarious piñata.
It was a rainy day but that didn't get in the way of all the water sports and fun plus we were blessed with a full rainbow in the sky.
With all the different games and shenanigans going on, I don't think I stopped laughing all day long. It was a super fun and successful party to celebrate A's big "40".
Sunday was a relaxing one. We cooked up some brunch at home and did all the Sunday things - laundry, food prep, blogging etc.
Now time for TBB Asks joining Andrea and all the ladies over at The Blended Blog. My answers to all the Summertime questions are listed below.
