Duncan Hines Carrot Cake

Duncan Hines Perfect Size for 1 is an individually portioned pouch of cake mix which comes in 18 varieties with flavors for morning, afternoon or evening indulgences.

I tried the Carrot Cake which was very delicious and moist but the texture wasn't very cake-like. Either way we enjoyed the ease of making a dessert in the microwave for only 1 minutes and 10 seconds with only water added.

You can also customize it, depending on the flavor, with nearly any liquid (milk, juice, coffee, liquor, etc.) and add toppings like chocolate chips, nuts, and fruit.

I'm always a fan of a quick and easy treat with no mess – no bowls or pans to clean!

I received this product complimentary from Influenster to test and review. All opinions stated above are my true and honest review of the Duncan Hines Carrot Cake dessert.

  1. I've actually never had carrot cake before!! I love that it comes in an easy to eat individual size - usually cakes like that are bigger and you have to really commit to having it defrosted / heated LOL!! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston

  9. I looove carrot cake so I'm so intrigued by this! I've tried the cake in a mug method on my own before and it didn't work, but this sounds so much better not having to get out any messy dry ingredients.
