Delicious Recipes for Fall

I've been trying to get back into cooking "new-to-me" dishes on Sundays when I have time to get all the ingredients from the grocery store and plan accordingly. I made my first Fall-inspired recipe - eggplant parm lasagna - over the weekend and since then I've been searching for more recipes to add to my dinner menu:

  4. YUM! These all look amazing, especially loving soups and casseroles this time of year. Of course anything that can go in the crock pot and be ready when I get home from work is a huge winner. Dinner is simmering in the crock pot today, and I can't wait to relax as soon as I get home :-D

  9. I've never had butternut squash soup and I'm wondering if it's something I should try somewhere else for the first time vs make it myself? That recipe sounds delicious though and sounds pretty easy!
