Vacation Trip Countdown

3 more days until my trip home to Trinidad!

I'm looking forward to Boat parties on the ocean in 90 degree weather.

I'm excited about wine nights with my girl friends.

I 'm well overdue for all the different local food that I miss so much.
The Trinidad Bake and Shark was rated the best fish sandwich in the world by Andrew Zimmerman and I have to agree. ;-)

And of course I'm looking forward to the main purpose of the trip - Carnival!!

    Just stopping over from Helene's link up today :) In 3 little days I'm going to be insanely jealous of you!! I could really use some warm tropical weather about now!! It's freezing in Ohio!
