Weekend Entertaining

'

Every week brings a new adventure in life whether big or small...Often times my life can be full of action and then the pause button comes to even things out. This weekend was one full of entertaining family and friends.

Friday
- Meetings all morning at work so I used my lunch break to get a pedicure.
- Met up with K after work for happy hour and to grab dinner.
- My girl friend and her boxer pup came over to have a sleepover since her husband was away traveling for the weekend. Even better our pups are best friends.

Lola & Louie

Saturday
 - Hairdresser appointment which took way too long.
- Grocery shopping and running around to get final party supplies for Sunday.
- Got the news that a friend in NY passed away at the young age of 23 which is so sad.
- My in-laws drove into town to visit our new home for the first time. We had a nice steak dinner at home.
- Spent most of the night crafting and putting some cute details together for the party.

Sunday

- Breakfast with the in-laws before they headed home.
- Baking, cooking & getting the house ready for the party.
- The girls came over in the afternoon to celebrate the first pregnancy of Sacha.

The party was a success and we had a great time!

It sounds like you had a great weekend otherwise though, filled with tons of entertaining and people coming over! The little party that you threw for your friend is so cute, especially the make your own mimosa bar!
