Valentine's Thoughts & Gift Ideas for Him

K and I don't usually buy gifts for each other on Valentine's Day. Often the money is well spent on a nice dinner date right before or after February 14th. We never venture out for dinner on actual Valentine's Day because of the mad rush and long wait lines at restaurants.

I know Valentine's day is not liked by everyone, whether you're single, dating, or married. When I was single, I used to call it "Valium Times Day" as a joke.

As I've gotten older, I think of Valentine's as a way to celebrate and express LOVE beyond. Not just to my significant other but also to acknowledge my support system and send them notes of appreciation. A cute card with some genuine words, I think that means a lot!

The Gift Guide For Him

After smelling the Azzaro 'Wanted' Cologne in a sample page of a magazine, I knew I wanted that scent around me.  The last cologne I bought for K a few years ago (Versace 'Eros') smells just as amazing in it's own way.

Of course every guy has their own style and interests but these are some things that intrigued me from reading magazines and browsing Amazon. This gift guide is just as good for birthdays and other special occasions "for him", not just Valentine's Day.

I thought the Wool Running Shoes were perfect for outdoor activity/running in these colder months and the Philips Norelco Shaver was a practical gift for grooming at home.

The Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote sounds perfect to get the most out of TV for Amazon Prime members/TV lovers and Johnnie Walker Black Label is a nice scotch to sip and unwind after a long work day.

Have a wonderful weekend!
